Information we process
Depending on what you use, we process account and sign-in details, profile content you provide, connections and notes you save, messages you send us, payment and transaction references, and technical data needed for security and service operation. Some features may include photos, voice notes or location details only when you choose to add them. The optional name entered in the marketing card preview is kept in your browser’s local storage; the preview does not create an account or publish that name.
Why we process it
We use information to create your account, publish the profile you approve, enable sharing and connection tools, support purchases, answer requests, maintain security, prevent misuse and meet legal obligations. We use product and diagnostic information to improve reliability.
Pre-Debit Notifications & Experience Feedback: We process email and membership transaction records to deliver automated statutory pre-debit notices 48 hours prior to recurring monthly AutoPay debits, and collect voluntary member feedback ratings to ensure vendor service quality and operational standards.
Public and private information
Your published profile and selected contact links are public. Your unpublished drafts, private connections and notes are intended for your account experience and are not shown on your public profile. Review what you publish before sharing your link.
Retention and security
We retain information while needed for the service, legal obligations, disputes and security. Deletion from live systems and backups may occur on different schedules. We use access controls and other safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and requests
You can edit profile information and choose what to publish in your account. For access, correction, deletion or another privacy request, use our contact page and identify the account involved.
